Everyone loves an easy breakfast before running out the door, but sometimes I’m craving something other than toast! This smoothie bowl will give you an elevated breakfast with little time.
I do recommend using a high speed blender for this recipe. If not make sure to use shredded carrots to help your blender.
Half of a Ripe Papaya
1 Frozen Banana
1 Medium Carrot
1 Serving of Plant Based Protien Powder
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
Option Toppings: sliced strawberries or bananas, granola, hemp or chia seeds, walnuts, coconut flakes, or cereal or choice.
Blind all the ingredients in high speed blinder, and add option toppings.
*I use the Trader Joe’s vanilla pea protein powder. It blends well into my morning oats recipe as well, or in a blinder bottle for workouts!
